CRC School

Training to be a great hairstylist takes commitment dedication and determination to succeed and of course a good role model and mentor, who also has these attributes in abundance.

Education is taken very seriously at CRC and the young apprentices are nurtured and moulded, not just as stylists but as rounded individuals.

With over 23 stylists currently employed, the majority have worked through the CRC training school programme.

Each stage is carefully planned and structured to allow the individual to progress at a pace best suited to themselves with clear and precise goals and achievements targeted.

An official 3 year apprenticeship endorsed by the National Hairdressing Federation and NVQ Levels I II & III run concurrently with specialised in house bespoke training led by the Training Manager and Assistant Training Manager. Art Team members hold specialised seminars for the trainees and the Company Directors, who teach for L’Oreal, hold colour and perm certified courses.

CRC aim to ensure that all apprentices who pass through the school will end up well qualified and highly employable.

Of course the best are offered a place within the CRC team which really gives the trainees a goal to strive for.
