I have been coming to CRC at Chapel Allerton for 18 months after having a bad experience at another salon with my hair colour. For nearly 10 years I have been trying to achieve the 'white blonde' look but as my hair is really long, I have been told that I would have to cut my hair short and have it bleached.
My mum recommended that I try CRC and on the first visit, I walked out of the salon with the hair I had been wanting for the last 10 years!!!
The staff understand what I want and are always extremely friendly and helpful.
People are constantly complimenting me on my hair colour and I always feel like a new woman after having my hair done at CRC!!!

As I entered CRC salon I was warmly greeted by a friendly receptionist, she called me by name and I was offered a seat. Listening to the music that surrounded me I soon started to relax, forgetting the busy city streets.
I was then introduced to Karen who was seeing me for a style consultation; she led me through to her own personal room filled with beautiful furniture and a lovely mirror.
Once seated, we ran through which colours would suit my skin tone, using several swatches of fabric. We then talked about my face and body shape and from that decided which shapes would suit me best.
I explained to Karen that I was planning my wedding but that I was feeling a bit lost when it came to choosing my wedding dress. By the end of our session, not only had we chosen the shape but also the colour of my dress.
I left the session feeling more confident about the choices I would be making for my big day but also for any future buys for my everyday wardrobe. Like most women I tended to wear a lot of black clothes, as it seemed the easiest choice to make. But now Karen has taught me it’s actually about the tone of the colour you wear, not the colour itself.
To follow my consultation, I experienced a Shu Uemura head massage. Having never had one before, I wasn’t sure what to expect but as I entered the candle lit room, and sat surrounded by the ambient music I knew I was about to have an amazing experience. I had a choice of oils, either invigorating or relaxing, I decided on the relaxing oil. After some breathing exercises the massage began. When I woke up! I was taken downstairs, after chatting to the stylist about the consultation I’d had earlier with Karen, we decided that instead of having my usual poker straight finish, that my hair should be dried in loose waves to give more movement and volume. I was really pleased with the final results, my hair looked really healthy and the whole look was a lot softer.
My overall experience with CRC has given me more confidence and a clearer understanding of how to make the most of myself, all thanks to the experience, knowledge and the warm and inviting environment, which CRC have so cleverly created.

I had my Shu Uemura treatment today - it was truly amazing!!! I was properly relaxed - as you got us the ebony card thing as well I went for the deep ceremony as 25% off.
Will defo go back again it was fabuloso! Proper pampering treat - just what I needed at the moment!

Going to see the guys at Cutting Room Creative can often be the highlight of my week. I'm a busy working Mum, so having some pampering or a restyle, and a chance to read some magazines, is a real treat for me. The team are friendly and competent and you always leave looking and feeling a million dollars. I often don't know what to do with my hair colourwise, I've had it blonde, brown, black and orange - but Cutting Room Creative always do - and it's not fallen out yet! So,all hail CRC!
