Maddie
Maddie has worked for several years previously at CRC where she trained as a hairdresser with us. On returning to the UK after the birth of her son, she re-joined us as a hostess. Having first-hand knowledge about hair aids her in ensuring a warm and efficient conversation with our clients. Recently, Maddie has taken on the role General Manager. She leads the team from both the office and on the salon floor. She is the backbone of the smooth running of CRC.
Samantha
After completing her apprenticeship with CRC Samantha earned her promotions through the various levels of Stylists, becoming a Colour Specialist, Art Team member and latterly a member of the Management Team through her determination flair and hard work. She has a particular passion for training our apprentices and has become an accredited trainer of NVQ delivery.
Katie
Having worked with CRC for many years most of you will know Katie as the loved, caring, helpful and accommodating person that she is. Katie ensures that each hostess is fully understanding of CRC’s philosophies, techniques and appointment requirements. She, along with Rachel, leads the Front of House Team.
Rachel
Being joint Reception Manager alongside Katie, Rachel has also worked for us for many years. Rachel will make sure she goes the extra mile for you, ensuring your experience is both personable and enjoyable. Having recently taken on the role of Salon Co-ordinator, supporting the Admin Manager in the office. Rachel manages the stock control and smooth running of day-to-day salon requirements.
Wendy
Having worked for the founders for well over 40 years, Wendy is the perfect support to the salon Managers. She helps to ensure the smooth running of the day to day salon environment with a calm and knowledgeable demeanour.
The Colour Specialist Team
Experienced hairstylists who attend an 18 week degree course to be trained to Colour Technician Standards on hair colouration. These experts are very knowledgeable about all things colour and act as advisors for the rest of the team. They are also in charge of all Colour Consultations for new Clients to ensure the analysis of the hair is carried out to the highest level.
Matt
Having worked for many, many years joining us as an apprentice Matt was the perfect choice to enrol on the CS programme. His gentle nature is reassuring to everyone clients and staff alike.
Alex
Alex has worked hard to progress her skills, becoming a Colour Specialist has given her the platform to become the L’oreal Colour Trophy Regional Winner 2021. She is enthusiastic and dedicated to creating beautiful hair results.
Steph
Again joining us from school Steph has worked hard to progress at CRC and as well as being a CS is also our Wedding Specialist and is in great demand for her beautiful creations on Brides and their parties.

Both joining CRC as school leaver apprentices, they have honed their skills over the many years they have worked at CRC. Both have hair and client care as a part of their DNA and are totally committed to giving their clients the best of service care and attention.

Senior Stylists
Again all 4 joined CRC as school leavers and have continued to progress over the years working their way through the promotion levels honing their considerable skills as they do so. Amanda Charlotte and Kay are part-time stylists who returned to work after their children were born. Taya is a full time stylist who loves to do a bit of modelling in her spare time.
